Please note that we do not collect payments through this website. Submitting an enquiry or making a booking request online does not involve any financial transaction.

All weddings and events held at our venue are governed by a separate formal contract, which will be provided to you for review and signature. This contract will outline the full terms and conditions, including:

  • Booking terms

  • Payment schedules

  • Cancellation and refund policies

  • Event-specific responsibilities

Because payments are not processed via this site, there is no online return or refund process. Any matters regarding cancellation, changes to your booking, or refund requests must be made in accordance with the signed venue hire agreement.
